NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Brea City Council will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor - Plaza Level of the Brea Civic & Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, California.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Brea City Council will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor - Plaza Level of the Brea Civic & Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, California.

2. Said special meeting shall be for the purposes of receiving public comments regarding the transition of the City from at-large elections for members of the City Council to by-district elections for members of the City Council, the criteria and factors that should go into the drawing of maps of single-member voting districts, the composition of the districts, the proposed sequence of elections, and other matters related to the election of members of the City Council.
